Rotary Club Morimondo Abbey

Dear President Locatelli and Secretary Castoldi,
Congratulations! Your club, Morimondo Abbazia, Italy, was admitted to Rotary International (RI) on March 26, 2013.  This date will consequently be the one officially recognized by RI for determining future club anniversaries.

Your club has the following RI membership number: 84989.

The club charter will soon be sent to your district governor for his signature. We will also be sending Rotary publications and information materials to the club secretary this week. In order to help you, please pay attention to the following points:

• Familiarize yourself with the Rotary website  www.rotary.org  and register personally on the “Members Area” portal
  
•   Your club's semi-annual report (SAR) is now also available in an electronic version.
• Make use of the Club President's Manual and the Club Secretary's Manual. These manuals are designed to help you run your club effectively
•   Familiarize yourself with the regulations of  Procedure Manual
• Ensure, to the extent possible, that your club is properly represented at every district meeting and event. In particular, the participation of the president-elect in the Presidents-Elect Education Seminar (PETS) is mandatory.
