Visit to the “Golgi Cenci Foundation” for the delivery of the new “Processor”
On Friday 11 March, a delegation from the Morimondo Abbazia Rotary Club, together with friends from the Magenta Rotary Club, visited the Golgi Cenci Foundation for a significant moment: the delivery of a new "processor" for the Brain Bank. This important step was made possible thanks to the proceeds of the Historica Service, whose event took place last September, with a great success of participation and great generosity on the part of our contributors/supporters.
The new "processor" represents an important advancement for the activities of the Brain Bank, a structure that deals with the collection and conservation of biological samples for scientific research. The contribution of the Rotary Clubs, combined with the commitment of many supporters, has made it possible to take another step forward in the fight against neurological diseases, improving the quality of research and opening new scenarios for future discoveries.
