An evening of friendship and sharing in the setting of Villa Locatelli – 15/07/2026
On the evening of 15 July 2026, the members of the Morimondo Abbazia Rotary Club, of Rotaract and of Interact, met in the splendid Villa of the Locatelli family, in Vermezzo con Zelo, for a convivial event in the name of friendship and a spirit of service.
The meeting, organized on the eve of the summer break, represented an important opportunity to say goodbye before the holidays, but above all to strengthen ties between members, with particular attention to those who have joined the club more recently. The evening also allowed us to discuss the projects and initiatives that will characterize the new Rotary year, confirming the common desire to enthusiastically continue the path of service to the community.
The contribution of numerous members who, with generosity and a spirit of collaboration, committed themselves to organizing the event, setting up the spaces, preparing the food, grilling and tidying up activities was crucial to the excellent success of the convivial event. The club's sincere applause goes to all of them for the commitment and availability shown.
Not even a few drops of rain could compromise the serene and cordial atmosphere that accompanied the entire evening, spent in an atmosphere of joy, friendship and fruitful discussion.
Special thanks were addressed to the Locatelli family and, in particular, to the partners Mariangela Donà, Vanessa Locatelli and Davide Carnevali, who with their extraordinary hospitality made this pleasant moment of sharing possible.
During the evening there was a moving memory of Ambrogio Locatelli, one of the main architects of the foundation of the Morimondo Abbazia Rotary Club, who passed away six years ago. His example, his enthusiasm and his commitment continue today to represent a precious point of reference for all members and a legacy of values that the club intends to preserve and pass on.
