Francesco Oppi presented: “Il Guado” and its Creative Workshops – 09/24/2025
The Rotary Club Morimondo Abbazia organized an evening of great cultural interest, during which Francesco Oppi presented the artistic community "Il Guado", founded in the 1960s by his father, the artist and advertiser Daniele Oppi. The event, held in an atmosphere of sharing and dialogue, saw the participation of members and guests fascinated by the history of a one-of-a-kind artistic experience.
“Il Guado”, born as a creative laboratory and community of artists in the Milanese countryside, represents a rare example of the combination of art, experimentation and collective life. Francesco Oppi told anecdotes, showed documentation and illustrated the evolution of this project which still retains its vitality and innovative spirit today.
The evening ended with a lively exchange of ideas, demonstrating how the memory and culture of the area can still spark the interest of new generations. A precious opportunity to rediscover the local artistic roots through the passionate story of those who are today its custodians and protagonists.
