[Art. by Silvia Lodi Pasini – IL DAY of 19/05/2015] MORIMONDO – “The construction site environment of the third millennium”. It is the message that the Hon. Francesco Prima, former mayor of Corbetta today in the Chamber of Deputies for the PD, made his announcement the other evening during a Rotary meeting organized by RC Morimondo Abbazia, in which he spoke on the topic: "Integrated and organic agriculture, the containment of soil consumption: a cultural challenge and an economic opportunity". The presence of the parliamentarian favored a consistent participation of the members of the clubs that together with Morimondo make up the Visconteo Group: Abbiategrasso, Binasco and Gudo. For the occasion, the invitation was also extended to the mayors of the area, welcomed by Giovanni Pioltini of Albairate, Marco Marelli of Morimondo and Primo Paolo De Giuli of Motta Visconti. They too were at the presidential table with the president of Morimondo, Giuseppe Resnati, and his counterpart from Abbiategrasso, Carlo Magani, as well as the assistant to the governor Marco Savini. The Hon. Prina, who has sat in Parliament since 25 June 2014, is a member of the Agriculture Commission and as such deals with the environment at 360°. In this he also takes advantage of the individual experience that comes from being the son of a farmer, which is extremely important for him on an educational and experiential level, although he then decided to graduate in architecture and become anything but a direct farmer. On the basis of this, but also of the experience he had as mayor of Corbetta regarding the issue environmental, today Prina addresses the topic in relation to the other 3 levels to which it is connected: Social, Economic, Spiritual. The result of his reflections is a "Focus on the new construction site of the third millennium: the Environment". That is: “The Culture of Common Goods for sustainable development”.
